Our team working both on site at Ashtons and at home are continuing to work extremely hard to ensure we maintain the outstanding customer service that our customers have come to expect from us.              

As a business we have taken all necessary steps to ensure we have complied with the government guidelines on managing the risks of Covid19, the health and safety of our staff and our customers is our overwhelming priority. 

We have extensive stock of O-Rings, Bonded Seals, Lubrication Equipment and Fasteners. We also hold a wide variety of Gasket materials so that we can ensure a quick turnaround in our Gasket production department.         

Our supply chains from our Far Eastern partners are working as normal and we have continued support from our European and UK manufacturers and stockists. However lead times may vary so please ask our sales team for updates or quicker alternatives if required.

Outgoing shipments are running as normal with excellent support from our courier companies, we also have our own vans on the road full time continuing to deliver and stock our customers bin fill requirements. Our drivers will of course adhere to our customers Covid19 protocols and they are trained and equipped to make their visits as safe as possible.

Meanwhile our sister company Ashtons (Sheffield) Ltd, who specialise in the manufacture of Point of Sale plastic packaging, have been able to produce face shields to prevent the spread of Covid19 and we also stock a range PPE including masks, sanitiser, aprons etc.
