Q. Can you provide technical advice?
Ashton Seals have extensive experience in a variety of applications. The need for an increased level of product
traceability has resulted in both the Quality and Commercial teams offering
daily support to customers through the APQP process to completion of a signed
off PSW and PPAP, all aided with material testing (the company has invested in
new equipment this year) and prototyping through to assembly trials and best
method assembly techniques.
Ongoing training for the Quality and Technical
team at Ashton Seals ensures that they have the skills and knowledge to reverse
engineer the seal kits that are no longer available for that 60 year old
machine you need to keep running. Additionally our technical team are capable of working alongside customers' designers, providing guidance and assistance on seal type, materials, housing
and parameters for the latest technology that they may be introducing to their

Q. Do Ashton Seals have a minimum order charge?
Ashton Seals has a minimum order charge of £10.00 + VAT (and carriage if applicable). We are happy to accept cash, cheque and most major credit and debit cards. Please note all credit and debit card sales will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
Q. Can I order if I don't have an account?
Yes. If you wish to purchase from us without an account we can accept payment via cash, cheque and all major debit and credit cards. Please note all credit and debit card sales will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm UK time.
Q. When will you despatch my order?
Orders placed before 4pm will be despatched the same day by either Royal Mail or secure carrier (dependent on weight and/or value).
