Over the last few weeks there have been significant delays in unloading containers and arranging deliveries of containers at some of the major UK Ports. This is
mainly due to new safety measures relating to Covid19. Capacity has been
considerably reduced as all port equipment has to be deep cleaned after every
shift and this has come at a time when workload is high due to an
increase in containers coming into the UK. Brexit issues have also added to the problems.
