Traditionally in the past we had used a paper-based form which had to be filled out and scanned back in, and the new online format has now streamlined this process.

At Ashtons we welcome all feedback from our customers, and we would greatly appreciate any responses. Informing us of the aspects we did well and aspects we could improve will help us to enhance our customer service in the future.
